What is Tenant Plus?
Tenant Plus is NyumbaSearch’s optional tenant membership (from KSh 700/month, or KSh 1,800 for 3 months). It adds contact credits, AI matching, scam-risk scores, early listing access, and provider portfolio discovery — browsing homes stays free without Plus.
- Free search and map browsing do not require Plus.
- Contact credits unlock landlord phones; extra unlocks stay pay-as-you-go.
- Cancel or renew through your checkout / subscription flow.
